Yes. Cancel from the customer portal — refund is pro-rated for the unused period on annual; monthly stops at the end of the current cycle.
What happens to my resumes if I downgrade?
Nothing. Your resumes and revision history stay. You just go back to the 5/month AI rewrite cap.
Which Pro model do you use?
Pro defaults to a fast, cost-controlled model (GPT-4o-mini class) with an opt-in toggle for higher-quality models like Claude Sonnet 4.6 or GPT-5.4 when you want nuanced rewrites.
