The deal
By using resumes.repair you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We can update these terms; material changes will be announced via email or banner.
Your account
- You're responsible for the security of your password.
- One person, one account. No sharing across users.
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher).
Your content
You own the resumes you upload and the rewrites you accept. By using the service you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service — parsing, scoring, and running the AI agent on your behalf. We don't claim ownership and won't reuse your content for other purposes.
What you can't do
- Submit content you don't have the right to upload.
- Use the service to generate or enable spam, fraud, fake credentials, or impersonation.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or rate-limit-bust the service.
- Resell access to the service without a written agreement.
AI rewrites
The AI agent suggests rewrites; you're responsible for reviewing each change. We design the agent to never invent metrics or fabricate roles, but LLMs occasionally hallucinate. Always review before submitting your resume. We're not liable for rejected applications.
Free vs. paid
The free tier includes parse, score, heatmap, and a monthly cap of agent messages. Paid plans unlock unlimited messages, higher-quality models, and additional export formats. Billing is handled by Polar (Stripe). Cancel anytime; refunds are pro-rated for the unused period.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We make no guarantee that using resumes.repair will get you a job. The ATS scoring is a best-effort model of common ATS systems — actual systems vary.
Liability cap
Our maximum liability for any claim related to the service is the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or US$50 if you're on the free plan. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime by emailing us. We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
